“No SIM Card Installed” Error Appears on Some iPhone 4S

The new iPhone 4S first reported that having poor battery performance issue (associated with iOS 5),then  audio echoing during phone calls, and connection issues with both Wi-Fi and 3G networks.

Now, another problem has been reported that some users having “No SIM Card installed” error on their iPhone 4S. This problem surfaced in Apple’s discussion boards has received over 30,000 views. And no one can tell if the issue is handset, software, or SIM card related, as it doesn’t seem to be limited to a specific carrier.

The only solution for this issue seems can be temporarily fixed by rebooting device, but later on, the error message will comes up again.The best long-term solution seems to be getting the SIM card completely replaced by the issuing wireless company. So if you experience this issue, a visit to your carrier’s closest store is probably in order.We’ll keep you updated.
