Multi-Adaptive Windows makes it easy to open multiple Todo windows simultaneously. Use one window to plan out an entire day with tasks from home and work. Place another window on the desktop to focus on specific urgent items.
Task Zooming is a powerful new way to quickly change the detail shown in tasks. Zoom in to show more information like the due date, alert time, and note. Zoom out to see tasks in their simplest form: a task with a check mark.
Cloud Sync is a major feature of Todo for Mac. It makes to-do lists completely functional when away from the office. Sync with Todo Online or Toodledo to access tasks directly on an iPhone or . A local Wi-Fi only sync option is also available.
