Unlocked All Secret Themes on “Clear” App

Unlocked secret themes on clearClear,a very hot  To-Do List app for iPhone,iPad and iPod Touch, today has just updated to version 1.1 with Secret themes added. What those secret themes are? Check out the secret themes list here:

  • Heat Map
  • Graphite
  • Pretty Princess
  • Lucky Clover
  • Theme Noir
  • Scorched
  • Socialite
  • Night Owl
  • Ultraviolet
  • Gifted
  • Tweetbot
  • Path
  • Bumpy Road
  • The Heist

Here, I am not only telling those themes ‘names ,but also let you know how to get it now. Because some of those themes cannot be unlocked if you using normal way.The first 5 themes is default unlocked for every one.  You can easily get Path and tweetbot theme by installed these two app.Path is free, tweetbot will costing you $2.99, but you can try it free from here. Ultraviolet unlocks when you use the app each day for 7 days straight. There’s also a fourth unlockable theme, Night Owl, that encourages you to be productive after dark, between 12 and 3 a.m. (This one very easy to get it by changed your local time to 1 am for example)

Now, the harder part is to unlocked Gifted, Bumpy Road,The Heist. According to toucharcade:

There’s a shameless self-promotion option, which rewards you with a theme for gifting Clear when prompted.

Now here’s the cool part, the part that revealsClear’s affinity for games. Today’s update has within it the seeds of three other unlocks. Each one ties into a GameThe Heist [$2.99], Temple Run [Free] and Bumpy Road [$2.99]. Those games will need to update before this works (The Heist’s update should come mid-week, and the others are on the way), but once they do we’ll get new themes in Clear for each of those games we have installed.

So, it means you can’t  get those “cool part” themes now, even you have them all installed.  But if you know a little about how those secret themes worked and write info into app’s data, you will easy to unlocked them all. I know this is very easy for every developer,so, just don’t f*ck me.

  1. hello, i’ve tried the “share to get” button but to no avail. I get a “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.” error

moreover. I have yet to unlock the analog or templerun theme and im not sure which to append at the end of the “com.realmacsoftware.theme.” plist attribute.

    final question. on a mac there are two versions of the plist file;
    Library/Preferences
    Library/Containers/com.realmacsoftware.clear.mac/Data/Library/Preferences
    which do I edit?

    Thanks

  2. Looks like only “loyalty” is needed for Ultraviolet, not “ultraviolet”; your other codes are good, but I can’t get the Temple Run theme to activate/unlock (i.e. I’ve put in “temple”, and also tried “templerun”, but can’t get the “you’ve been awarded the Temple Run theme” message, and it doesn’t show in the list) — can you verify that you have the Temple Run theme working?

    • Yes, I have unlocked Temple Run theme by using the code I just provided. If you don’t want to using the code to unlock that theme, you can just simply install Temple Run,which is free, then you have that theme unlocked.

One more code here for you to see the message

  3. please explain detail because ı cudnt fınd the lıne on ınfo plıst

  4. There are 2 other themes you can unlock very easily (though they were present in v1.0 of Clear), and an easy way to get Gifted:

    1. Go into Follow the Team and just follow one of their twitter accounts – you will get the Scorched theme (darker version of Heat Map)

    2. Use the app for a while, (e.g. making gibberish to-do items and then deleting them) – basically just use the app non-stop for a minute or two. The app should pop-up with a suggestion to “recommend the app on Twitter”. I think this only works on iOS 5 as it uses the integrated iOS Twitter functionality to post a tweet extolling the virtues of Clear. Post the tweet and it’ll unlock Socialite (light blue).

    3. There is also an easy way to get Gifted – just click Gift App in the main menu.
